Entry Participants are required to register with the Promotion via the Promotion Website.

Teams A group of people who have formed a team for the Active Swindon Challenge. This includes businesses and clubs.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promotion Website ( is free and available for all people to use. However, only those people living and / or working in the Swindon Borough Council area will be eligible to enter into the competitions and prize draws.
  2. The Promoters have the right to refuse entry to any Organisation/Group/Team.
  3. The website is available to use free of charge while it remains online. Only those individuals that log journeys between the 1st January 2020 – 31st March 2020 will be eligible to win prizes in the Promotion.
  4. No responsibility shall be assumed by the Promoters for any failure of hardware or software. Any late entries or incorrect data logged because of this shall not be considered eligible and the Promoters will not be liable.
  5. Journeys logged on the Promotion Website or via the Active Swindon Challenge App will be eligible for inclusion.
  6. Individuals and Organisations participate in the Active Swindon Challenge at their own risk. The Promoters will not be liable for any injury to persons or damage to property.
  7. Information about the prizes available and the qualifying criteria can be found on the Promotion Website. All winners will be notified by email.
  8. The ultimate decision regarding prize winners will be made by the Promoters. This decision is absolute and cannot be challenged.
  9. Organisations with fewer than 3 people will not be eligible for Organisation prizes, but can use the website and will be eligible to take part in the draws for individuals.
  10. Names of winners of prizes may be publicised on the website, and in other promotions (e.g. press releases).
  11. Alternative prizes cannot be requested, however, the Promoters may substitute prizes for something of an equal or greater value.
  12. Prize winners may be asked to participate in publicity.
  13. Individuals must be of at least 3 years of age. Participants under the age of 16 must do so with parental permission.
